Her investigation leads to director Tatiana Chivikova, who disappeared from the film world and public life in the mid-1990s. After years of silence, she reaches out to cinematographer Sergey Astakhov; for him, this film had served as his student project at VGIK and the launchpad for a major career in cinematography.
